We will continue to be active in the Bellaire Community Group (BCG). Both Steve and Nancy are officers of the Bellaire Community Group, the largest community group in Daytona Beach. Steve is the 2015 Florida Realtors' Chairman of the Property Management Committee; also recipient of the 2013 Realtor of The Year Award from his fellow Realtors at the DBAAR (Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors). He is a past president of the DBAAR.
